We started PSR because we believed recruitment in professional services could be better. More thoughtful. More honest. More effective.
Our story.
PSR was founded by professionals who came from legal and consulting backgrounds. We'd experienced first-hand what happens when recruitment is done badly: the wrong hires, the wasted time, the cultural mismatches that unravel within months.
We knew there was a better way. One that combined genuine subject matter expertise with a deep respect for both the hiring firm and the candidate. One that prioritised long-term impact over quick placements.
Growing out of the Cotswolds, we now work with firms across the UK. But our approach hasn't changed: every relationship is personal, every placement is considered, and every conversation is honest.
